  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of successful payment.

  • Our warehouse operates from Monday to Sunday, excluding national holidays.

  • We make every effort to minimize delays during holidays.

🚚 Delivery Timeline

  • In general, Delivery takes around 4 – 7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery delays may occur in rare situations such as extreme weather, festivals, or logistic disruptions.

🏠 Change of Delivery Address

  • You can request a change of delivery address before your order is dispatched.

  • Once the order is dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address.

🔎 Tracking Notifications

📦 Damaged Parcels in Transit
