🔁 Return Policy

At Plantohoby, all products are marked as Non-Returnable due to their perishable nature (especially live bulbs and plants). Once an order is delivered, we do not accept any returns except in specific cases mentioned below.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

We assure careful packaging and safe delivery. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a claim.

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • You must share unboxing video or photo proof showing the damage.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Once we verify the damage, we offer:

  • No proof is provided within the required time
